Walk Complete!

There it is, the Rollins Savanna. There's my watch too telling me I did this 3.5 mile loop in 67:25 minutes. I was hoping for 70 or less, so all smiles here.

You get any miles in today?

  1. Great job! And very impressive. You finished averaging each mile at just a little over 19 minutes. Congrats on beating, well more like crushing, your goal.

    I haven't walked any miles yet today but I am planning on it here shortly.

    Todays plan is to go walk the trail at the park, which is 1.5 miles. I might go around 2 not sure yet. Then this evening I plan to work out on the elliptical for 30 mins. No running today. I am going to be back on running M/W/F.
