Congrats on beating, well more like crushing, your goal.<br /><br />I haven't walked any miles yet today but I am planning on it here shortly.<br /><br />Todays plan is to go walk the trail at the park, which is 1.5 miles. I might go around 2 not sure yet. Then this evening I plan to work out on the elliptical for 30 mins. No running today.
