Today is that next weigh in and my goal for today is 288.5 which would be 3 pounds less than my last weigh in 2 weeks ago. Lets get right down to the root shall we...
The scale told me I've lost 27% of the weight I desire to lose. That is 32.5 pounds in TEN weeks; 4 of them the past two weeks. Today I weighed in at 287.5 pounds.
Oh Yeah! That leaves me 3.5 pounds away from 284 which is a milestone, it is when I will be 30% of the way to weighing 199. I can see 284, it's so close I can smell it; even taste it. It shall be mine!
What milestone is up next for you?
Can you see it, smell it, taste it?
Let me know, I want to be here to celebrate with you when you make it yours.
Oh, my Streeeeeak-o-meter, I am leaving at 0 for now as I didn't live up to all commitments last week. Ate some snacks after dinner a time or two last week and I slacked on the water on others. That may sound a bit anal but I have to wonder, what if I didn't do those things I said I wouldn't? Would today's weigh in have been better?
Responsibility 199 - Gotta Do It!
What Im really impressed about is your good use of goals and milestones. And you rewards are really well though out. Im totally impressed! I may have to steal some of your ideas!
ReplyDeleteYou are doing fantastic Patrick...sorry about the US game yesterday. I could only listen to the last 17 minutes of regulation and the two extra periods on ESPN radio...couldn't find anyone streaming the live video on the internet.
ReplyDeleteCongrats Patrick, you are doing an awesome job! Keep at it!
