This morning there is a bit less of me putting this post together.
Gone now are 45% of the pounds I've set out to shed myself of.
Gone now are 56 pounds shed over twenty-three weeks; 2 of them this past week.
(I lost count of the weeks somewhere, last week said it was 21, simple math is hard sometimes)
Today I weighed in at 264 pounds.
Just one thing to say about that; Oh Yeah...
