Monday is here! Although I think I left my energy back with Sunday.
Short post this morning to acknowledge the new day, the mission continues. Day 177 already, whew.
There I am about 11:04 p.m. last night eek'ing out every drop of caffeine from that Diet Mt.Dew.
Thirty minutes later we were home, Cameron's deer safely on ice in the garage, the vehicle unpacked and the boys in bed by midnight. I needed a shower first, so did the boys but they are boys, so mark me down for 12:15 a.m. when the Zzzzz's started.
Here is Cameron at that same time.
Here is Ryan at that same time.
Ryan did not get a deer, we saw no more yesterday afternoon. Just too warm (70F) for much activity.
There are plenty of more opportunities this fall/winter.
Ok, I'll be back later to get after all of the questions many have asked via comments to recent posts and of course get after your blogs which I have not been able to do while away.
Way to go with the Diet Dew.
ReplyDeleteLove the sleeping pics! That resembles me in the car, on the couch.. well, you get the drift.. when I am tired, I am gone! :-)
ReplyDeleteGlad you all made it home safe and sound.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you all had a wonderful time! Did I tell you one of my boys is named Cameron too?!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great trip! Love the sleeping pictures. Reminds me that even when they grow up, they'll still be kids. :)
ReplyDeleteWell at least one of you bagged one on this trip!
ReplyDeleteOMG!!! OMG!!!
ReplyDeleteI love love love the diet dew, gives me that kick when I really need one, you had me laughing
:)
Looks like everyone enjoyed themselves :)
ReplyDeleteGlad the hunters have returned to the cave safely. I think there is going to be some gathering around the grill for venison in the not-too-distant future. (Insert Tim Allen manly grunt sounds here.)
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Cameron on his deer. Methinks there was probably a lot of father son bonding going on yesterday. I'll be interested to see how your no scale thing goes over the next couple of weeks.
