Responsibility 199, what is it?

Responsibility 199 is a belief; I believe that to be healthy and to increase my longevity I need to weigh 199 pounds or less...
Responsibility 199 is a need; I need to reduce my weight, reduce my percentage of body fat, and the elevated threat of disease my present condition presents...
Responsibility 199 is a mission; I recognize that achieving 199 will be a challenge, perhaps the hardest I have ever undertaken...
Responsibility 199 is a commitment; I acknowledge that I must commit to action, commit to change, commit to myself and those I love to achieve this mission, to increase my longevity...
Responsibility 199 is ME.

Day 339 - Ready Or Not; Choose

source
I've decided the best place for my mind right now is a place of preparation. I don't approach my work life unprepared, I don't approach my home life unprepared, I succeed at both because I prepare.

Thursday will not get here quick enough, but it will come. And I will be prepared for it, for the procedure(s) to follow and for the decisions that must then be made. I'm already prepared for how I'll make the most important decision:

When backed into a corner we must Surrender Life, or, Fight To Live… ready or not; choose.

  5. Hoping for a good result for you.

It's a tough one. These days, I wonder daily; when will my cancer show up...? Melanoma? Liver? Brain? It's just a matter of time me thinks.. Fingers crossed, but already preparing...
