Responsibility 199, what is it?

Responsibility 199 is a belief; I believe that to be healthy and to increase my longevity I need to weigh 199 pounds or less...
Responsibility 199 is a need; I need to reduce my weight, reduce my percentage of body fat, and the elevated threat of disease my present condition presents...
Responsibility 199 is a mission; I recognize that achieving 199 will be a challenge, perhaps the hardest I have ever undertaken...
Responsibility 199 is a commitment; I acknowledge that I must commit to action, commit to change, commit to myself and those I love to achieve this mission, to increase my longevity...
Responsibility 199 is ME.

Day 231 - Snow For Sale

Yeah, snowed last night & it is still snowing. Pic there is just the 2 inches that greeted me when I opened the garage at 7a.m. this morning. Up early to drop one son to take the SAT and another for a wrestling tourney.

My wife & I are at the tourney now and we'll be here all day. So putting together a quick post from my blackscarry... Water bottles are for sale here & the bathrooms are clean.

Enjoy your Saturday, keep it healthy!

  5. Lucky Duck you can still see your car. In the Rockies we got about 8in Thursday night!! At least shoveling burns a lot of calories. Have a great time at the tourney.

  6. I like snow, I might buy a couple of inches off the top from you. We had temps in the 20s last night which was sort of shocking to me on my run this morning. I ran back to the car after about 1/2 a mile and added another light jacket and a wool scarf to warm up my ears a bit. I remember well those days of all-day indoor track meets. We loved rooting for our kids, but gee, those metal bleachers sure got cold on the posterior! We eventually bought stadium seats which I highly recommend. Have a great day.

  7. Absolutely beautiful!! If we get snow in Memphis, the entire city shuts down! Be careful driving out there!
