Responsibility 199, what is it?

Responsibility 199 is a belief; I believe that to be healthy and to increase my longevity I need to weigh 199 pounds or less...
Responsibility 199 is a need; I need to reduce my weight, reduce my percentage of body fat, and the elevated threat of disease my present condition presents...
Responsibility 199 is a mission; I recognize that achieving 199 will be a challenge, perhaps the hardest I have ever undertaken...
Responsibility 199 is a commitment; I acknowledge that I must commit to action, commit to change, commit to myself and those I love to achieve this mission, to increase my longevity...
Responsibility 199 is ME.

Day 417-434: Summer Scramble & Escape

Thanks for the notes folks inquiring about my absence, very much appreciated!

All is well, quite well actually. Simply I have taken a mental break from the plugged in world while I've become ultra-busy at work over the past few weeks. As I quickly began having trouble finding time to blog/tweet I just decided to unplug myself for a bit.

Sunday the family I have packed up and are heading out for our summer vacation which will run through the 4th of July, so I'll remain unplugged through then. For those who tweet I just may toss up a few tweets from Hawaii, maybe :-)

Hope all is well with all of you, hope you are enjoying your summer and that the upcoming holiday is nothing short of spectacular!

  1. Have fun! I've never been to Hawaii. Husband went a couple of years for a business trip, but I had too much work and couldn't tag along. One of these days....
