Responsibility 199, what is it?

Responsibility 199 is a belief; I believe that to be healthy and to increase my longevity I need to weigh 199 pounds or less...
Responsibility 199 is a need; I need to reduce my weight, reduce my percentage of body fat, and the elevated threat of disease my present condition presents...
Responsibility 199 is a mission; I recognize that achieving 199 will be a challenge, perhaps the hardest I have ever undertaken...
Responsibility 199 is a commitment; I acknowledge that I must commit to action, commit to change, commit to myself and those I love to achieve this mission, to increase my longevity...
Responsibility 199 is ME.

Day 416 - What, Need A Kick Of Inspiration?

Having trouble sticking to your plan?
Having trouble seeing what success looks like when you finally get there?
Having doubts you can actually do what needs to be done for the long haul to succeed?

If you said Yes, I know the feeling; I said Yes too.

It is hard to come up with a mission and actually commit to it.
It is hard to face the difficulties of our mission each and every day and stay on plan.
It is hard to recognize set backs and lift ourselves up and get back on plan again.
Yes, it is hard, plain and simple, so accept that fact and step up to the challenge.

Success will happen when we are harder on the mission than the mission is on us.

Since seeing is believing, see for yourself...

That is the plain & simple truth above - it is HARD but if you & your health are important enough, a person will stick with it!

I can't see the video either - same message

  7. I would also like to add, it's hard to change habits that are years old and engraved in stone. Fighting this one right now too. Hope you are well Patrick.

  8. Amen! So hard to fight sometimes, but oh so worth the effort. I am fighting back, one day at a time.
