It is addictive and at least for me even one time can mean slipping into the abyss of overeating.
Now off to check Lynda's post.Ewahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17005438284707424779noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2183510527500997747.post-53117717904494376882011-04-20T18:29:28.698-05:002011-04-20T18:29:28.698-05:00Thanks so much. Don't wait a day or 2 or a week.. the very next meal r whatever it is that you think you messed up. Life is made of these things - a journey - and ya just have to get up & keep moving forward the best you can!Jody - Fit at 53http://www.truth2beingfit.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2183510527500997747.post-89308566763766895292011-04-20T15:00:32.947-05:002011-04-20T15:00:32.947-05:00I think for myself I'm going to recommit to th...I think for myself I'm going to recommit to the plan. I've slipped the last couple days for no reason other than emotional baloney so no more crying and whining that affects my food plan. I will cry and whine without changing my food and keep eating healthy. For someone else, my husband, I will commit to taking some financial burden off him by watching my spending even more closely. He can't seem to say no when I ask for things I shouldn't be asking for. I'm going to commit to not asking for things that I don't really need. Outside my zone, I'm considering going off on my son-in-law. My daughter is talking about getting a second job and letting him stay home with the kids. Bull hockey! He needs to get a better job in the first place. So, yes, I'm considering being an interfering MIL.

My dad loved to haggle car salesmen. Are you looking into cars? :)Karen Butler Oglehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06467675086434536522noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2183510527500997747.post-78767475182274392652011-04-20T08:37:52.718-05:002011-04-20T08:37:52.718-05:00Haggle your face off?
