The moving part isn't so bad it the "oh it's 2:30 time for a milkshake" part that's got me struggling. My plan is to avoid sugar for like 3-5 days so I stop craving it so much, 3 solid meals to avoid munching, and to go to the gym. I like what you wrote on yesterday's post about always asking myself what I want. I want to be in control and not let the candy pull me into the kitchen for binges.
