My workouts usually consist of 10 min warmup on cardio machine (treadmill or elliptical) then 45-50 mins weight training, 10-15 mins ab/core floor exercises and then another 50 mins back on the cardio machines. I prefer these tough long workouts so I can have days off in between. It's just what works best for me, some like daily exercise but I prefer a few days off from it to let my muscles rest. Sometimes I prefer just doing outdoor stuff too like kayaking and hiking, etc which then I would skip the gym workout. My long workouts aren't like one machine. I'll do weights, then 30 mins on a cardio machine. With breaks that usually takes 1.5hrs. If I'm feeling totally awesome, I might do another 30 on a different machine. <br /><br />When I don't have time I try to go for a walk. Even if it's just to the deli on my lunch break. I think my gym buddies help too! And yes, I do long workouts but don't want to scare anyone! I did post about them way back when!
