Being flexible is hard, even Jillian says so and she's not as flexible as she'd like to be. Just enjoy the good parts and endure the bad and hopefully it'll all help. Tightness there & other places lead to not only knee issues but back, neck & more.... and Patrick, the older you get, OMG!
