Brussels sprouts always have a vile after taste, sour and yucky!<br /><br />I have a little trick I do with the brown rice. I make a rice pilaf with a can of French onion soup and a can of beef consomme. I add about a tablespoon or two of olive oil and bake it. The brown color of the soups tricks them into believing they're eating white rice.
